1. Information you submit
The Contact Me page prepares an email using the details you enter. The email is not submitted to or stored by the website itself. If you choose to send it from your email application, LanderBudget receives the name or business name, contact details, and project information included in your message. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive information.
2. How we use the information
We use information you send by email to review your inquiry, respond to questions, discuss website requirements, prepare a quote, and communicate about a potential or active project.
3. Website hosting and email routing
The website is built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The Contact Me form submits the entered details to a Cloudflare Pages Function for validation. The function verifies the Cloudflare Turnstile token server-side and applies rate limiting using a temporary hashed network identifier. It does not store the inquiry or send an email. After verification, it returns an email draft to the same browser session.
Cloudflare may process technical information such as request metadata as part of its hosting, network security, and abuse-prevention services. Any Cloudflare security rules or bot protections applied at the website edge are configured separately in the Cloudflare dashboard.
When a visitor submits the Contact Me form, the name, contact details and project description are sent to the website endpoint for validation and are returned as a prepared email draft if validation succeeds. The website does not save the form contents or send an email automatically. The visitor must open their own email application and press Send. The message is addressed to the LanderBudget domain alias configured for inquiry; Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the email after it is actually received to the verified destination inbox. A draft being prepared does not mean an email has been sent.
4. Analytics and advertising
LanderBudget does not add analytics scripts, advertising pixels or behavioral advertising trackers by default. The site may load externally hosted web fonts. Cloudflare may process technical request data to provide hosting and security services.
5. Sharing and retention
We do not sell inquiry details. Information may be processed by the service providers described above or disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to address misuse of the site. We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active project, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, security headers, Cloudflare Turnstile with server-side Siteverify validation, a honeypot, server-side field validation, request-size limits, application rate limiting, and may enable Cloudflare edge security controls such as WAF and Bot Fight Mode. Rate-limit identifiers are derived from a hash of the request IP and expire after the rate-limit window; the raw IP is not stored by the application code. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about or request correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. We may need to retain some records where required for an agreed project or legal obligations.
8. International visitors
You may access this website from a country other than where LanderBudget or its service providers operate. Information may be processed in countries where those providers maintain infrastructure, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the website, inquiry process, providers or applicable requirements change. The date below indicates the most recent revision.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy or an inquiry you submitted can be sent through the Contact Me form or by using the WhatsApp chat option on this website.
