Service terms

Terms of Service

Please review package scope, payment, revisions, hosting and support terms before confirming a website project.

1. Packages and included scope

LanderBudget offers the following standard packages: a Landing Page for US$199 and a Website & Local Service Website for US$349. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). The Landing Page package covers one responsive page with up to six main content sections, excluding the header and footer. The Website & Local Service Website package covers four main pages (Home, Services, About and Contact), with up to six main content sections per page, excluding headers and footers. Included features are described on the Services page and are subject to the scope confirmed in writing before work begins.

Both standard packages use HTML, CSS and JavaScript for the front end, include two revision rounds, and include standard domain and hosting for the first 12 months. The written quote or project agreement confirms the deliverables, USD price, payment schedule, and any exceptions.

2. Quotes, confirmation and payments

After scope and price are confirmed in writing, a simple wireframe or sketch is prepared for agreement. Unless the written quote states otherwise, the client pays a 50% deposit after approving that wireframe/sketch and before development begins. The remaining 50% is due at the development/review stage, after the completed preview is presented and before public launch or final handover. The quote or invoice identifies the USD fee, payment method, milestones and due dates.

If a payment becomes overdue, LanderBudget may pause work after written notice. Delays may affect the project schedule. Changes to the payment schedule must be agreed in writing.

3. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, approved text and images, brand assets, required access and timely feedback. The client must have the rights needed to use any supplied materials. Missing materials or delayed feedback may affect the estimated delivery date.

4. Revisions and changes

The standard package includes two revision rounds on the initial website preview. Feedback should be consolidated and submitted within 14 calendar days after the preview link is provided. Revisions cover work within the agreed scope. Additional pages, new sections beyond package limits, new functionality, major changes to approved requirements or other out-of-scope work may require an additional written quote.

5. Technology and exclusions

Standard delivery uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Booking or reservation calendars, online payments, e-commerce, customer admin dashboards, custom backend systems, third-party integrations, paid subscriptions, large-volume copywriting and analytics or advertising-tracking tools are not included unless specifically agreed in writing. LanderBudget does not add analytics or advertising trackers by default.

6. Domain and hosting

Standard domain and hosting are included for the first 12 months when listed in the package and written quote. The included period starts on the agreed activation date. Domain and hosting renewal fees after the first 12 months are charged separately. Premium domains, provider upgrades, paid third-party tools and optional services are not included unless specified in writing. Renewal pricing depends on the provider and service at the time of renewal.

7. Delivery timeline

The typical estimate is 1–2 weeks after the scope is confirmed and the required initial payment and project materials have been received. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Delays caused by content, feedback, approvals, third-party providers or scope changes may extend the timeline.

8. Launch and post-launch support

The package includes 25 calendar days of bug-fix support after launch for defects within the agreed scope. This support does not include new features, additional content, changes to the original requirements, third-party outages or issues caused by changes made by others. Additional work may be quoted separately.

9. Ownership and handover

After the agreed fees are paid, the client receives the deliverables and ownership or usage rights identified in the written agreement, subject to third-party licences and tools. LanderBudget may retain rights to reusable methods, non-client-specific components and general know-how. Any specific source-code handover or third-party licensing conditions should be confirmed in writing.

10. Third-party providers and results

Domain registrars, hosting providers and other third-party services have their own terms, availability and renewal prices. LanderBudget is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third parties outside its reasonable control. A website can support a business's online presence, but specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue are not guaranteed.

11. Cancellation and changes to the project

A cancellation or pause request must be sent in writing. The parties will confirm the status of work completed, any third-party costs already authorized, and any outstanding balance under the written project agreement and applicable law. A refund is not automatic and will be assessed against the agreement, completed work, authorized third-party costs and applicable law. Changes to scope, schedule, deliverables or fees must be documented in writing.

12. Updates and contact

These terms may be updated for future projects. The terms agreed in the written quote or project agreement apply to the relevant project where they differ from these general terms. For questions, use the Contact Me form or the WhatsApp chat option on this website.
